CHARACTER
Name: Holly Kujo
Canon: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders
Age: 45
Timeline: Episode 48: Long Journey Farewell, My Friends
Items with character at canon point: FUCK ALLLLLLLLL-- I mean. A nightgown and house slippers. Listen, you don't carry a lot of stuff on your person when you've been bedridden for two months okay.
If playing another character from the same canon, how will you deal with this?: n/a
Personality:
"Jojo's mother, Holly, is a woman who can calm the hearts of others. People feel at ease when she is nearby."
Holly Kujo is not a complicated woman. What you see is honestly what you get, and what you get is a cheerful, compassionate mother who loves her family deeply. Her kind nature is frequently noted by family and near-strangers alike - before making the above quote, Kakyoin had known Holly for less than twenty-four hours. Granted, she also had just nursed him back to health after her son beat him into a bloody mess, but still! Avdol, who had the benefit of knowing her for maybe 48 hours, agrees with Kakyoin when they resolve to bring back her "happy, kind smile" after her Stand, a kind of psychic manifestation of one's fighting spirit, which she could not support due to not having a violent bone in her body, makes her fall deathly ill. Though each Crusader's reason for embarking on the journey to Egypt is different and faceted, it's inarguable that saving Holly's life is the primary impetus for the part's events.
She's not exactly what one would call a stern or even assertive parent, though. Her son is in jail for sending four thugs to the hospital, and the police officer tells her to reprimand him? She answers with a cheerful, "Okaaaay!" Her son calls her a bitch, annoying, and an old hag on a daily basis? She answers with a cheerful, "Okaaaay!" Her father tells her to stop answering her son's insults with a cheerful, "Okaaaay!"? She answers with a cheerful, "Okaaaay!" She steadfastly maintains in her heart that her son is a sweet boy, no matter how cold or aggressively he acts, and apparently that's good enough for her. Though always sweet and polite, one can get the sense she does as she likes, when she likes. Despite being a 45 year old woman, she'll cling to her father and son in public, deaf to their protests, and she'll insist that that boy she just finished bandaging up stay the night to rest even with her father angrily refusing to use the nickname she insists on not three feet away.
All that said, her laidback parenting style hardly precludes negligence. Beyond Disney Princess levels of caring and kindness, the expression she shows most often during her small amount of screentime is worry. Given what they're dealing with in canon, it's to be expected, but it's also not a stretch of the imagination to think this is a typical state of things in the Kujo household, with how Jotaro can be. She knows very well that her son barely tells her anything, and she worries tirelessly over him. On the other side of that coin, the one thing shown to make her deviate from her open, heart-on-her-sleeve disposition is the thought of worrying her family about her in turn, to the point where she will hide the existence of her own Stand and lie about it's affect on her even after it's already once knocked her unconscious via fever.
In conclusion, beautiful cinnamon too good for this world, too pure.

Abilities: Due to once possessing a Stand herself, Holly is able to perceive the Stands of others. And that's about it - her Stand possessed no powers to speak of, and was rendered dormant with Dio's defeat anyway. Congratulations Holly Kujo on being one of the few Joestars not to have ridiculous powers that take ages to explain.

They're yours now. You've always admired them, haven't you?
She stares down at the earrings in her hand, the memory of her grandmother's words echoing in her mind. She did always admire them, though that was more a byproduct of admiring her Grandma Lisa. So elegant and graceful, she always looked like she belonged in the movies her husband directed, but walking alongside him at lavish premieres worked just as well, she supposes. She remembers being so excited when her grandmother gave them to her on her eighteenth birthday, and feeling so beautiful and confident when she first put them on; Holly Joestar would be the envy of every upper class lady in the tri-state area, or so her romantic flights of fancy told her.
Holly Kujo puts on her earrings, and as she looks in the mirror, she wishes the magic still worked.
Well? Did you guys see my evil spirit?! If you didn't, then...
Her eyes clench shut before the revolver in her mind can fire. The scene had kept her up nearly all night - a ghostly arm reaching out again and again, her son always pointing the barrel at his own temple. It's all she can do not to sob at the thought. Even if it was only a demonstration of the lengths the 'spirit' could and would go to in order to protect him, to think her son felt like he had to go that far, and to not have any idea how to help him...
"Jotaro..."
There's no answer. Her house is silent. But it won't be for long, she reminds herself. Her father would land in a few hours, and he is hardly someone who could be described as quiet.
Papa will know what to do.
He has to.
With a steeling breath, she looks back at the mirror when movement at her neck catches her eye. A flower bud, nearly as formless as watercolor, peeking between locks of hair. She tilts her head, exposing it to the light, and with a cold feeling of dread in her stomach, she notes it's bigger than when she last caught sight of it. It's... growing, and the thought of asking her father about this too crosses her mind as she delicately tries to touch it, only to find her fingers pass right through it. It's intangible, ghostly, almost like the glimpse she got of the spirit possessing her son--
Her son.
I don't know what he'll make me do. ... So don't let me out of this cell.
When her eyes meet her reflection's the final time, it's with something like resolve.
She'll wear the jacket with the high collar today.
